About Heather

Heather Krueger is a liver transplant survivor who defied a less than 50% chance of living another two months. This life-changing experience sparked her mission to help others prevent nonalcoholic fatty liver disease through proactive steps and natural alternatives.

Offering hope, inspiration, support, and humor, Heather guides those on their own health and healing journeys. Her story was featured in Hallmark Movies & Mysteries' highest-rated original movie premiere, "Once Upon a Christmas Miracle," in December 2018.

Heather has shared her journey on platforms like Hallmark Channel's Home & Family, The Steve Harvey Show, Fox & Friends, CBS's On the Road, and NBC Chicago news. Her story has also been highlighted on Good Morning America, The Today Show, and in publications such as Reader's Digest, People, Cosmopolitan, and Women's Health.

As a keynote speaker at hospitals and colleges, Heather promotes wellness through prevention and natural alternatives. Her volunteer work with Gift of Hope involves educating others at hospitals, the Chicago Marathon, driver's ed programs, and community events. Additionally, she hosted a fundraiser for the University of Illinois Hospital's Muscle Therapy Program, benefiting transplant patients.
